I enjoyed reading how you connected ancestors -- you've got a deep, rich history -- didn't know Askenazic Jews typically named a child after a decesed grandparent/great-grandparent -- many of the kids (I was much older) on the kibbutz were named after such (as they said) but I didn't know why, never thought about this being the connection.
